Indian Oilseeds and Produce Export Promotion Council (IOPEPC) takes pleasure in informing you that this year the Council has taken one step forward and organising its 1st IOPEPC Global Oilseeds Conference (IGOC) during 19th – 21st October, 2019 at Hotel Hyatt Regency, Deira, Dubai, UAE.
Why Dubai ? – The buyers from MENA (Middle East North African Food) and their Industry are flourishing. Rapid population growth, booming food service and re-export market, currency aspects, diverse and affluent consumers demanding new trends, tastes and products making it of immense importance to the exporters of oilseeds and oils from India. Also, UAE is considered to be a hub & gateway to the Middle East region, Africa and Europe which are the biggest importer of food items in the World. Over 60% of total imports of food items are sourced from & to countries from Asian and African regions. It would be an ideal place for networking, mixing business with leisure.
It would be a wonderful opportunity for delegates to interact with Oilseeds and oils stakeholders under one roof and develop your business relationships with the participants from all over the world. We are expecting over 250 delegates from all over the world including India having interest in various facets of oilseeds and oils to meet at this First IGOC 2019.
The Council will be commissioning crop survey of groundnuts and sesame seeds and the crop estimates along with health of the crop would be presented during IGOC 2019. Council would also have sessions on basket of value added and other agro commodities that are of participant's interests. With vagaries of weather in many growing countries each year, the scientific crop survey and production estimates will be an important event for all stakeholders to plan their export strategy.
Besides, distinguished global speakers from supplying and consuming countries of oilseeds would make their informative presentations and share their expert views with the esteemed participants.
