Dear Member,

With regard to the requirement of General Administration of Customs China (GACC), for registration of overseas food production enterprises (enterprises engaged in production, processing and storage) of Oilseeds and Oils, Indian Oilseeds & Produce Export Promotion Council (IOPEPC) has been nominated as the competent authority (CA) from India.

IOPEPC has been assigned the responsibility of the food safety and sanitation supervision of  food production enterprises (for Oilseeds and Oils) exporting to China. The Council is required to review and inspect the applications submitted by the food production enterprises through the system, and recommend them to GACC.

The overseas manufacturers, processors and storage facilities that export foods to China are required to submit application for registration & rectification materials and receive notifications from GACC on https://cifer.singlewindow.cn
